Complete the Form: On the Warranty Registration page, you’ll find a form to fill out. Enter the required information, including the property owner’s name, contact details, product information (such as model and serial number), and purchase date.

Submit the Form: Once you’ve filled in all the necessary details, submit the form through the online submission button.

Confirmation: After successfully registering the warranty, your customer should receive a confirmation. This will come in the form of an email.

If you’re noticing bubbles under your EPDM roofing, don’t worry, it usually comes down to the type of adhesive used and the conditions during installation. Here’s a quick rundown of the main causes and what you can do about them:

1. Water-Based Adhesive (WBA)
In warmer weather, water-based adhesive can evaporate too quickly, which can cause bubbles to form under the rubber membrane. To avoid this, it’s best to let the adhesive dry a bit longer before laying the rubber. The bubbles will usually reduce once the temperature drops, and the membrane will settle back into place. The rubber should eventually bond as the adhesive fully dries, though it might take a few cycles of heating and cooling for everything to completely flatten out. Also, if there are any gaps in the roof’s surface, the adhesive can pool in these areas and remain wet. Taping the joints between boards is a good way to prevent this.

2. Contact Adhesive (CA)
When using contact adhesive, it’s important to let it dry until it’s tacky but not too wet or stringy. This allows any solvent gases to escape before you stick the membrane down, which helps avoid bubbles forming from trapped gas. Just be patient – giving it a bit more time to dry ensures a proper bond. Like with WBA, gaps in the surface can cause adhesive to collect, so taping joints can help prevent issues.

3. Trapped Air
Sometimes, air can get trapped under the membrane, especially if the adhesive hasn’t had enough time to settle or vent properly. If the air has nowhere to go, it can expand and create bubbles. Making sure the air can escape from somewhere other than directly under the membrane will help. Again, taping the joints can help stop air from getting trapped and causing more problems.
